Dr. Bullock serves as a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics at the University of the District of Columbia.  In addition to his full-time teaching responsibilities, UDC President Alan L. Sessoms appointed Bullock to serve as the UDC Faculty Athletic Representative.  Bullock is actively involved in leadership on campus on matters of NCAA Compliance by chairing the Compliance Committee, as a member of the Athletic Advisory Board, and serving as a key individual in signing off on any and all NCAA Compliance issues.  Bullock is founder and director of many precollege programs for District of Columbia youth and educational programs for teachers and administrators throughout the country.  The success of the programs Dr. Bullock created earned him the prestigious recognition as a 2004 Washingtonian of the Year by Washingtonian Magazine.  Dr. Bullock earned his Education Doctorate in Higher Education Management and Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
