2009-10: Named to East Coast Conference ALL-Conference Second Team. He teamed up with fellow teammate and Conferfence Men's Tennis Player of the Year Tomas Gajdusek in No. 1 doubles to finish the regular season with a 6-6 record.

High School: Dermirkol is a 2004 graduate of Ozdemir Sabanci Emirgan Lisesi in Instanbul, Turkey.

Personal: Son of Ahmet and Ayse Dermirkol..Has one sister Hazal..Business Management Major..Career goal is to become a television producer..Hobbies include snowboarding, playing soccer and golf.
