Women’s Track & Field at 2010 Penn Relays, Day 1
Philadelphia, PA: April 22, 2010—The University of the District of Columbia Firebirds Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Team competed, today, at the Penn Relays at historic Franklin Field. In the first event of the day for the Firebirds, which was the women’s high jump, junior Dicoda Waugh (Kingston, Jamaica/St. Andrew Senior High School for Girls) did not start.
The second event of the day for the Firebirds saw the 4x100 meter relay team finish in 68th place.

UDC Track & Field Have Good Showing at Morgan State Legacy
Baltimore, MD: April 16-17, 2010—The University of the District of Columbia Firebirds Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Team performed well at the Morgan State University Legacy Track & Field Meet over the weekend, at Hughes Stadium & Field in Baltimore, Maryland.

Track & Field Team Competes at Johnson C. Smith
Charlotte, NC: April 10, 2010—The University of the District of Columbia Firebirds Women’s Track & Field Team competed in the Johnson C. Smith University’s Invitational Track & Field Meet in Charlotte, North Carolina, today. Solid performances came from the 4x400 meter relay team, which finished in third place in the event, with the time of 3:52.58.
