Several Firebirds Named to USTFCCCA All-Region Team
NEW ORLEANS - The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) has named All-Region honorees for outdoor track & field in Division II, and the University of the District of Columbia has seven representatives on the East Region Team.
Kaydian Jones had a season-best leap of 5.50M on Saturday at UVA.

Firebirds Turn Out Two Quality Performances Over Final Weekend; Await Potential NCAA Championships Bid
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA / LAKEWOOD, NJ - Select members of the University of the District of Columbia women's outdoor track and field squad competed in the Virginia Challenge on Saturday, May 12th and the Georgian Court Last Chance Meet on Sunday, May 13th in an effort to boost their NCAA Championships resume.
Kaneesha Hollis is ranked No. 1 in the East Region and No. 31 in the nation in the 400M event.

Hollis Still Ranked Nationally; Several Firebirds Remain Regionally Ranked
NEW ORLEANS - The University of the District of Columbia women's outdoor track and field team is ranked No. 8 in the East Region according to the latest USTFCCCA poll released May 8th. Also, several individual Firebirds are regionally ranked in their respective events, including Kaneesha Hollis and Callister Jones, who are also ranked nationally in the 400M.
