High School: Redding is a 2004 graduate of Howard D.Woodson H.S., Washington, DC.. Ran track.. Honorable All- Met, DCIAA Indoor/Outdoor Champions 2004..1,000 meter and mile Champ(indoors).. 800 meter Champion and runner up in the mile (outdoors) 1:24.6 in the 600 meter dash.

Personal: Son of Deirdre A. Redding.. Has two brothers, Marvin, Marcus and three sisters, Janet, Maya and Nicole..Health Education major..Career goal is to become an educator..Hobbies include, reading, writing and running.
