CENTRAL ISLIP, NY - Dr. Robert Dranoff, Commissioner of the East Coast Conference, is proud to announce the launch of the redesigned conference website, www.eccsports.org. With the help of PrestoSports, the ECC has overhauled their old design and added new features to improve the web experience for all fans of the conference.

"PrestoSports has proven to be an excellent partner for the ECC over the past several years," said Dranoff.  "Working closely with our staff, they have helped us create a fresh, new look that brings more timely information and video that focuses on what our athletic programs and student-athletes are doing on their campuses and in the community."

The redesigned website will allow fans to better access up to date information on all of the ECC's 17 sports and all championship events.

One of the key areas of improvement is the ability to access information right from the main page of www.eccsports.org. By clicking on tabs, fans will be able to access schedules and standings right from the home page.

An improved video player and social media directory are also among the new tabs. Video highlights and interviews can now be seen at more than twice the size of the previous website. The social media tab allows fans to easily find the Facebook and Twitter pages of the ECC and all member institutions. It is also home to a Twitter ticker with up to date tweets throughout the conference.

Another new addition is Championship Central.  This enables fans to easily find details including directions, upcoming events, past history, stats, highlights, and interviews on all of our 15 championships.

The ECC Community Corner also was revamped in the redesign. The Community Corner still highlights outstanding community service and community engagement events that all of our member institutions take part in, but you can now find all of the ECC's community stories by clicking on, "Read About the ECC in the Community."

A sliding bar with links to information about NCAA Division II, the ECC Official Store, an ECC Insider Blog index, and a new feature titled ECC On Campus, as well as an information bar with recent scores and links to our social media and video pages, are some of the other new additions to the site.

To check out all the new features and get your latest information on the ECC, visit www.eccsports.org.
