Brackets Set: #6 UDC Heads to #3 Roberts Wesleyan in ECC First Round

Washington, D.C- #6 District of Columbia will head to #3 Roberts Wesleyan University (RWU) in an ECC Quarterfinal match up on Thursday, Nov 7 at the Redhawks Field in Rochester, N.Y. Tip-off is set for 3:00 pm. 

This marks the Firebirds fourth post season appearance (first ever back-to-back appearances). The Firebirds end the regular season with a 5-7-4, 3-4-1 ECC record and will face RWU for the second straight year in the Quarterfinal. 

Tickets for each game of the championship can be purchased in advance here. Ticket prices are $10 for general admission adults and $5 for students (with ID), senior citizens and children 5 and up; children under 5 are free of charge. In addition, cash will not be accepted, so walk-up tickets at the venue still must be purchased through the ECC website (QR code will be available at the gate).

Each match of the championship will be streamed live on the ECC Network. Semifinals - Sunday, November 10
1:00 PM – Winner of UDC/RWU at No. 2 Mercy (at Dobbs Ferry, NY)
7:00 PM – Winner of MOL/DYU at No. 1 Queens (at Flushing, NY)

Final - Sunday, November 17 (at Highest Remaining Seed)
