UDC Track & Field Head Coach Simone Grant Named ECC Coach of the Year

WEST BABYLON, N.Y.- District of Columbia's Simone Grant was tabbed the ECC Outdoor Track & Field Coach of the Year on the women's side as was announced by the Conference office earlier this week.

Grant receives her first ECC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Coach of the Year accolade after leading UDC to its second-ever ECC women's title and first since 2014 in knocking off eight-time defending champion Roberts Wesleyan by 37 points.
