The Firebirds head into this conference match up, coming off a 1-1 week where they fell to Molloy 79-84 on Wednesday and defeated Queens College 72-60 on the weekend. They were lead by Jahmir Marable-Williams who posted 22 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and three steals in the loss against Molloy. In the Firebirds win over Queens, Michael Aiken led the team with 21 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Aiken rankes fourth in the conference with 15.4 PPG and is fourth in 3-point shooting. Marable-Williams leads the conference with 6.1 assists per game and is second with 2.3 steals per game. Micah Campbell, who was named Defensive Player of the week earlier on this season, is fourth in the conference with 8.3 RPG and ranks fourth in the conference with 1.9 blocks per game. UDC is currently 5-10 on the season and 3-3 in conference play. They average 80.4 PPG and allow 80. They opened up conference play with a close tough loss to nationally ranked St Thomas Aquinas College 78-83 at the end of November. Roberts Weslyan is currently third in the conference with a 4-3 record. They defeated D'Youville 94-80 in their last outing. Abou Gbane is the team's leading scoring averaging 11.3 PPG. They defeated Molloy University, back in December, which at at the time was their first conference loss of the season. The Redhawks average 75.4 PPG and allow 81. RWU was voted to place 5th in the ECC preseason poll after finishing 12-13, 9-9 last season.
